What does iWizz do?

Are you a Shopify, Square, or Google Workspace partner?
Yes. iWizz is a Shopify Partner, a Square Partner, and a Google Workspace Partner. That covers the store, the till, and the inbox — not just a website that sits next to them.
Do you build business dashboards?
Yes. We pull sales, ads, bookings, stock, and the rest of your business information into one dashboard your team actually opens — instead of six logins and a Friday spreadsheet.
Do you only work in Prahran?
No. Clients are across Australia. The office is 40 Porter Street, Prahran. We keep Prahran and St Kilda pages for people searching locally.
Which industries do you work with?

Do you manage Google Ads?
Yes. Search, Performance Max, and landing pages aimed at bookings and sales — not vanity traffic. Media spend stays in your Google Ads account. Our fee is setup, management, and reporting.
Do you do Instagram and Facebook marketing?
Yes. Creative, targeting, and Meta ads that fill a floor, a clinic book, or a shop.
What are ChatGPT ads and agentic search ads?
Ads inside ChatGPT, including agent campaigns where a click can open a business conversation instead of only a landing page. We set that up beside Google and Meta. It is still rolling out — we will be honest about what is live in Australia. Read the ChatGPT ads article.
Can you build a website or Shopify store?
Yes. Fast sites that convert, and Shopify for fashion, furniture, retail, and automotive — including pickup, apps, and the messy bits after launch.
Can you migrate my store to Shopify?
Yes. iWizz is a Shopify Partner. We move WooCommerce, Magento, Neto, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, and custom carts — products, customers, 301s, GST, Afterpay, and Australia Post. Read how a migration works.

What is local SEO and schema?
Local SEO is Google Business Profile, reviews, and pages that help nearby customers call you. Schema is the structured data that tells Google who you are, where you trade, and what you sell.
How much do you charge?
It depends on the job. You get a written quote. Prices are exclusive of GST unless we say otherwise. What you pay Google, Meta, or OpenAI to show ads is separate from our fee and sits in your account.
How does the website chat work with my phone?
On your phone (visitor): tap the chat button, ask a question, or tap Call 0417 518 940 — that opens the Phone app.
On Tim’s phone: the first message emails you a private link to join that chat. The conversation is recorded. If they leave an email, they get a copy with a short list of our services.
