Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Tim Hook trading as iWizz (ABN 48 431 193 923) (“iWizz”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.
We are based at 40 Porter Street, Prahran VIC 3182, and we work with SMEs Australia-wide. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
This site is a business website with a contact form. It is not a health app and we do not collect medical or fitness data through this website.
1. Who this covers
This policy applies to:
- people who visit www.iwizz.com.au or send an enquiry
- clients and prospective clients
- people whose details we handle while delivering work (for example, a staff contact at your business)
2. What we collect
Website enquiries
If you use the contact form, email, or phone, we collect what you give us. Typically:
- name
- email address
- phone number (if you provide one)
- message and any business details you include
The form includes a hidden honeypot field to reduce spam. We do not use that field for anything else.
Website chat
If you use the chat widget, questions stay in your browser unless you ask for a callback. A callback collects your name, phone number, optional email, a short note, and the chat transcript so we can ring you.
Simple site stats
We record the landing page, later pages in that visit, the referring site (grouped into a channel such as Google, Bing, ChatGPT, or direct), a daily hashed visitor token, how long a browser tab stays open, clicks on call links, and anonymous click positions (as a percentage of the page) so we can see traffic, enquiries, and a heatmap on a private admin page. We do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies. The hash is not your name and we do not store raw IP addresses in that log.
Client work
When we work together we may also hold:
- billing details, ABN, and invoice history
- project files, brand assets, logins you choose to share, and meeting notes
- access to platforms you authorise — for example Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Meta (Instagram and Facebook), Shopify, OpenAI / ChatGPT Ads Manager, hosting, or domain accounts
We only use those accounts to deliver the work you asked for. Advertising platforms keep their own records under their own privacy policies.
Technical data
Our host (Railway) and the browser may log standard server data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time of request. We use this to run and secure the site, not to build marketing profiles.
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address as part of that request. We do not currently run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking on this website.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to:
- reply to enquiries and quote for work
- deliver websites, apps, SEO, Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook marketing, ChatGPT / agentic ads, software, hardware, licensing, and related services
- send invoices, manage GST, and keep business records
- improve the site and prevent spam or abuse
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell personal information. We do not buy or sell mailing lists.
4. How the contact form is handled
Form submissions and chat callbacks are emailed to tim@iwizz.com.au using Gmail (Google). A copy is also stored on our host so we can see enquiries in the admin page. Enquiry details travel through Google’s email systems and sit in our inbox and business backups.
The website itself is hosted on Railway. Railway processes the request so the message can be emailed and stored.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only when we need to:
- Hosting and email: Railway (website) and Google (Gmail)
- Platforms you ask us to use: Google, Meta, OpenAI, Shopify, domain or hosting providers, software vendors — under your accounts and their terms
- Advisers: bookkeeper, accountant, or lawyer if required to run the business
- Law: if a court, regulator, or the law requires it
Some of those providers store or process data outside Australia. By using the site or engaging us, you understand that this can happen. We still take reasonable steps to look after the information.
6. Cookies
We use only what is needed to run the site (for example, session behaviour in your browser). We do not set advertising cookies on this website. If we later add analytics or ads tracking, we will update this policy.
7. Storage and security
Enquiry emails and client files are kept in ordinary business systems (email, devices, and cloud tools we use to deliver work). We limit access to people who need it to do the job. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
8. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle follow-up, and meet tax and legal record-keeping rules (often seven years for financial records). We then delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access the personal information we hold about you
- correct it if it is wrong
- delete it, unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- stop using it for marketing (we do not run a bulk marketing list from this site)
To do that, email tim@iwizz.com.au. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
10. Children
This website is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the contact form.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
