Website Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use www.iwizz.com.au and any related pages we publish (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Tim Hook trading as iWizz (ABN 48 431 193 923), 40 Porter Street, Prahran VIC 3182 (“iWizz”, “we”, “us”).
If we take you on as a client, the Client Terms and any written quote or proposal also apply. If there is a clash, the signed quote or proposal wins, then the Client Terms, then these website terms.
1. Using the Site
You may browse the Site for information about our services. Do not misuse it — including scraping, flooding the contact form, attempting to break security, or using the Site for anything unlawful.
Content is general information for Australian businesses. It is not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice, and it is not a personal recommendation for your situation.
2. No contract from a page view
Service descriptions, blog posts, and local pages are invitations to talk. A contract starts only when you accept a written quote or we confirm in writing that we will do the work.
3. Enquiries
If you send the contact form, you confirm the details are accurate and you have authority to send them. We will use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site design, copy, logos, and original images are owned by us or our licensors. You may share a page link. You may not copy the Site, our branding, or our articles for your own commercial use without written permission.
Some photos are licensed stock. Client work shown is used with permission or as a general example.
5. Third-party sites and tools
Links to Google, Meta, OpenAI, Shopify, Unsplash, or anyone else are for convenience. We do not control those sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave ours.
6. Accuracy
We try to keep the Site current. Technology, ad products (including ChatGPT ads), and prices change. We do not promise the Site is complete, error-free, or always up to date.
7. Liability
To the extent Australian Consumer Law allows, we are not liable for loss from your use of the Site, including loss of profit, data, or opportunity, or any indirect loss. Nothing here excludes rights you cannot contract out of under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Changes
We may change the Site or these terms at any time by posting an update. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts in Victoria have jurisdiction.
